Welcome Midwinter Break volunteers! We are excited to work with you as we help to rebuild New Orleans. This page has been created to help you prepare for your trip to NOLA. Here is where you will find information about upcoming deadlines, forms, meeting dates, fundraising information, and other travel information for your school’s trip. Mandatory Trip Participant Meetings

Students are required to meet twice before traveling to New Orleans. These meetings will help prepare you for our trip as we give you an historical perspective of the Crescent City. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Randy Novak at (206) 250-8477.

1. Mandatory Trip Meeting #1:
Wednesday, January 10, 2018 – 6:30-7:30pm

Tuesday, February 13, 2018 – 6:30-7:30pm

      • Submit Online Airline/Medical Form
        Photos of the front and back of your health insurance card are required to submit this online form. You can access this form here.
      • Submit online Partner Volunteer Registration/Waiver Form. 
        Fill out BOTH the Habitat for Humanity and the SBP Waiver. The Habitat for Humanity Waiver will need to be printed, the SBP Waiver is an online form. For the SBP Waiver, DO NOT fill in “Volunteer Date” info. Only fill in fields beginning with “About You.”

      • Print and turn in SAA Release Form
        BOTH student and parent/guardian need to sign designated pages as noted on the form. You can either scan and email the completed form to neworleans@shirtsacrossamerica.org OR mail the printed copy directly to our office. Click here to access this form.
      • Print and turn in Los Gatos High School Trip Paperwork

      • Pay Trip Deposits
        Initial Trip Deposit
        Non-refundable deposit of $800 is due Monday, October 23rd, 2017
        Final Trip Payment
        Non-refundable trip payment of $775 is due Wednesday, December 6th, 2017
